Your Mission

Development Director | with experience in Software Development working remotely. Reporting to Senior Dev. Director, you will drive the execution of multiple projects across one of our verticals supporting analytics projects for game titles. This is an incredible opportunity to lead projects focused on data analytics supporting games and work with a great team.

What a Development Director does at EA: A Development Director manages a variety of disciplines, including Data architects, product managers, software engineers, QA, Analysts, and other partners. DDs are the keepers of the project schedule. You will work with our partners to ensure that the project is feasible, valuable, and desirable.

Responsibilities

Help us create the planning of multiple projects supporting our internal or external teams.

Your Mission

The Data Analyst will focus on improving data capabilities and business intelligence for our Quality verification teams, astute at spotting patterns, identifying risk and opportunity and convey complex concepts, using game data to improve our Game Development and Quality Verification strategies.
You will report to the Analytics Manager.

You will define the data analytics roadmap for some of the largest titles.

Your Mission

Collaborate with a team of data scientists to transform concepts into production-ready ML/AI services.
-
Work with cloud services such as AWS SageMaker for ML/AI model deployment for batch or real-time inference.

Test, monitor, and optimize model performance in production environments. Set up CI/CD pipelines for automatic model updates and rollbacks.

Ensure the reproducibility of models in production and use tools like Docker, Airflow and MLflow.

Build relationships with IT, Data Engineering and other partners for successful transition from concept to production in a secure environment.

Communicate requirements for product delivery and train data scientists to understand and complete the production process.

Implement best coding practices (unit testing, version control) to ensure high-quality deliverables in production.

Qualifications:

5 or more years of experience in Machine Learning.

Master's in a quantitative field such as Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics (we will consider a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience)

Experience applying data science, ML, and Deep Learning in a business context with a quantifiable impact.

Technical skills:

Proficiency in writing clean and professional code in Python. Knowledge of libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy. Knowledge of SQL.

At Qualitech, we believe that data drives quality, accountability, and innovation in game engine development. We are growing our Frostbite Analytics team in service of this mission, and we want you to join us!

As a Data Scientist on the Analytics team, you will report to the Senior Analytics Manager and work side-by-side with the Continuous Development team. Your projects will focus on enhancing developer workflows, increasing build farm efficiency, and improving automated failure triage, allowing engineers to work faster and with greater confidence in their code submissions.

We offer a hybrid working model with three days per week in office.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain data-driven solutions to improve build-farm operations, CI/CD workflows, and automated test failure analysis.

Analyze telemetry, test results, and other data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.

Integrate actionable analytics into developer tools through dashboards, REST APIs, and automated processes.

Work with data engineers to improve data processing and storage for efficiency, latency, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

Familiarity with a range of quantitative methods for detecting failures, predicting outcomes, and optimizing processes, such as anomaly/time-series analysis, classification models, and reinforcement learning.

Experience working with telemetry data in software development or similar context
